Pretty is an accomplished social entrepreneur from Pretoria. She is the founder of a textile recycling and manufacturing startup Slow Textiles. She also co-founded a global digital creative studio, Virtuoso Digital and a startup hub called Startup Kasi. Pretty is on a mission to foster science-and-technology-focused entrepreneurial spaces for innovation and climate justice in South African townships and rural communities.
