Business Innovation Strategist, Entrepreneur & Ecosystem Builder

Pretty Tsholofelo Ndlovu is a South African Business Innovation Strategist, entrepreneur, and ecosystem builder with more than 15 years of experience in ICT, entrepreneurship, and business leadership. She is the Co-Founder of STEM Ignited, where she leads strategy, partnerships, and organisational growth.

Her work focuses on preparing young people in underserved communities for future careers through STEM education, entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology. She designs scalable programmes, builds strategic partnerships, and develops systems that create long-term impact.

Pretty is also the founder of Virtuoso Digital, a creative technology and digital transformation agency, and co-founder of Recalibrate, Betterforce Digital, and Slow Textiles. Across these ventures, she works to strengthen entrepreneurship, digital innovation, and economic inclusion.

At STEM Ignited, she leads partnership development, digital systems, and operational strategy. Her work supports initiatives such as the STEM Space Career Immersion Days and Entrepreneurship Incubator, helping young people gain exposure to future-focused careers and opportunities.

Based in Pretoria, South Africa, Pretty works across the education, technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation sectors. Her mission is to expand access to opportunity and help build thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems in township and rural communities.
